Abstract
Objective: In this study, unstable posture, balance disorders, gait, and looks more patients with Parkinson¡¯s disease, falls to the ankle for the prevention of static balance of the assimilation movement that affects the ability to evaluate.

Method: Range of active ankle joint angles, Korean version bugs balance scale, the pressure to move the center area and the travel distance of the pre-test and 4 weeks accompanied by the movement of the fluid Mulligan dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, varus, valgus motion applied to the ankle on was once for each movements total of 5 minutes 20 minutes five times a week were conducted.

Results: Range of active ankle joint angles were increased, K-BBS test before the experiment after experiment 41 points 38 points increased, the pressure to move the center area before the experiment after experiment in 2.56§² 0.23§² narrowed to 2.23§² move, the distance 42.19§® to 34.9§® in all experiments after experiments showed that 7.29§® is reduced.

Conclusion: The results of this study, the ankle mobilization exercises to increase the role of the muscles around the ankle joint through a static balance ability is thought to be effective in promoting.
